The memory clock of Intel 13th generation Core 13000 series (codename: Raptor Lake) has been revealed.
On July 5, 2022, an event called Intel 1H 22 NAS Workshop was held in Shenzhen, China. Although the event mainly focused on NAS-related products, the slide show released at the venue described the specifications of the Core 13000 series.
Core 13000 series supports DDR5-5600
According to the released slide show, the Core 13000 series supports up to DDR5-5600. The 12th generation Core 12000 series (codename: Alder Lake) is up to DDR5-4800, so the Core 13000 series is 800MHz higher.
On the other hand, regarding DDR4, it is said that DDR4-3200 will be supported as it is from the Core 12000 series.
In addition, the number of PCIe lanes from the CPU is 16 lanes for PCIe 5.0 and 4 lanes for PCIe 4.0, which is also unchanged from the Core 12000 series.
