Rabat – A Council of Government will be held next Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch.
At the beginning of its work, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister for Solidarity, Social Integration and the Family on “the participation of the Kingdom of Morocco in the examination of the national report before the Committee for the elimination of discrimination once morest women, which was held on June 21 and 22, 2022 in Geneva”, indicates a press release from the department of the head of government.
Subsequently, adds the same source, the Council will examine three draft decrees, the first of which relates to the application of Article 212 of Law No. 40.13 relating to civil aviation, the second to the organization of establishments under the supervision of the government authority in charge of youth, while the third draft decree determines a list of pathologies giving the right to medium-term sick leave.
The Council will also consider proposals for appointment to high office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concludes.
