Lazard Frères Gestion appoints a new Head of the life insurance brokerage business

Lazard Frères Gestion announces the arrival of Louis Lamort, 33, within its teams. With 7 years of experience in life insurance and private banking, notably at JP Morgan, he now joins the LFG Courtage entity under the responsibility of Stéphane Jacquin. This recruitment follows the retirement of Cécile-Jardin Hirschler.

As Head of the life insurance brokerage activity of Lazard Frères Gestion since May 2022, Louis manages and coordinates a team of four people within the LFG Courtage entity, a 100% subsidiary of Lazard Frères Gestion. Its functions cover the development of the life insurance offer (products, regulations, IT subjects), the supervision of the link between LFG Courtage and the partner insurers, as well as the follow-up of this activity with the departments of Lazard Frères Gestion and Lazard Brothers Bank.

Louis began his career in 2015 before joining Banque Transatlantique in 2016, where he held the position of life insurance specialist and then private banker. In 2019, he joined JP Morgan Banque Privée as Head of the French market for the brokerage activity. Louis holds a Master 2 in Wealth Engineering from IAE Caen and a Specialized Master in International Wealth Management from ESCP Europe.
