The travel chaos in Germany is becoming more and more dramatic, now even flights are disappearing from the scene!
This is what happened with Lufthansa flight LH202. The plane was scheduled to fly from Frankfurt to Berlin at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday. But the machine did not appear on the display board, and passengers received the gate change by email. Then the loudspeaker announcement at the boarding gate: “Flight canceled without replacement!”
In the main hall, passengers learned: There is no alternative flight for Sunday either. Passengers should take the train. A hotel booking is also not possible – everything is full.
But then a message on the Internet: LH202 was reported as “departed late” (arrival in Berlin: 10:57 p.m.). After complaints from passengers, Lufthansa wrote on Twitter: “As far as the ‘flight cancellation’ of LH202 is concerned, we are at a loss ourselves, but have checked this internally.”
The Airline: CUDDLE!
BILD followed up and found out: LH202 actually landed in Berlin on Saturday evening – but without several dozen booked passengers. An empty flight to “position the machine for a stable flight plan in Berlin”.

Among the passengers affected was Story Machine founder and ex-BILD boss Kai Diekmann (58). He took the train, and by Sunday followingnoon his luggage still hadn’t arrived in Berlin. BILD also knows: Flight LH202 was also canceled on Sunday.
