This Friday the TM Sports – Medellín Evoluciona Race was officially launched, which will take place on Sunday, July 10, 2022 and in which you can participate without paying a peso.
Dozens of people attended the media attention that took place in Gabo Park, of the Telemedellín channel, including athletes, journalists and citizens interested in knowing details of the athletic race.
Also present were Jorge Andrés Carrillo Cardoso, manager of EPM; Cristian Sánchez, director of Inder, and Deninson Mendoza, manager of Telemedellín.
Carrillo and Sánchez spoke regarding the importance of this race, in which 4,000 people will participate, for EPM and Inder Medellín.
Juan Campo, an expert entrepreneur in the organization of athletic races and who is in charge of the Carrera TMSports – Medellín Evolves, was also there, who explained the 10k and 5k routes.
“Of the few positive things that Covid left behind was the reactivation of sports practice, the figures show it: an increase of 64% in cycling and 35% in cycling mean that we have a healthier society,” said Juan Campo.
Thus was born the TMSports careerwhich has a first 10k course for elite athletes, and a second 5k course for families, youth and children.
