His star shined in the sky of Fawazeer in the eighties of the twentieth century, he presented a series of Ramadan Fawazeer under the name Fawazeer Fattuta, in which he presented the characters (Samoura) and (Fattuta). Participated in his career in many works such as (Lahfa, Warqat Shafrah, Janab Ya Osta, in La La Land).
It is reported that “Samir” Ghanem married for the first time to a Somali girl who admired him greatly and attended all his plays, and despite his mother’s strong love for her, Samir Ghanem separated from his wife only one year following their marriage due to the different natures, cultures and customs between them.
More than 39 years ago, a beautiful love story began, but its details are somewhat strange, between the late star Samir Ghanem and Dalal Abdel Aziz, where he saw it for the first time when his friend George Sidhom recommended it to him for his participation in the play “Welcome Doctor” in 1981.

The wife of the famous journalist Ramy Radwan and Amal, known as Amy, the wife of the star Hassan Al-Raddad, and the two are now famous stars.
The star, Samir Ghanem, passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 84, following suffering from a health problem, as he suffered from a defect in kidney functions, and was subsequently transferred to intensive care in a Mohandessin hospital, and his health deteriorated in the past days until He breathed his last there.
Three months following the death of Samir Ghanem, the Egyptian artist, Dalal Abdel Aziz, died at the age of 61 due to severe complications following being infected with the new Corona virus.
