On the eve of the opening of the free agency, the franchises make their decisions concerning the team options and qualifying offers of their players. Here are the latest decisions made by the Pistons and Cavaliers.
The Cavs did not offer a qualifying offer on the inside Moses Brownwho will therefore be a free agent.
As for the Pistons, they continue to degrease and have decided not to activate the team options of Frank Jackson, Luka Garza et Carsen Edwards. The 3 will therefore also be free agents.
