Mecca: High-tech facilities are being set up at Mina, a holy place where pilgrims can stay for most of the day. Hajj pilgrims (except Dul Hajj 9) who leave for Mina on the night of Dul Hajj 7 (July 6) will spend the night here with prayers. This time, three sections of tents are being prepared for Hajj in Mina. During the Hajj, the Hajj pilgrims were housed in a complex in Mina. This time too, accommodation is being provided for the pilgrims.
In addition, accommodation for pilgrims will be provided with standard tents and state – of – the – art tents built by the Kidana Company under the Makkah Mashreq Royal Commission. Of these, the tents prepared by the Kidana Company are the most special. These tents are designed to look like a luxury hotel. It is spacious enough to accommodate 21 pilgrims each. It will have all the services required by the pilgrims. Each pilgrim has separate lighting fixtures, electric sockets, and unlike the previous ones, the tents have walls made of non-flammable materials instead of sheets. These walls are capable of withstanding the intense heat of Mina. LG and Samil’s newer model air conditioners are attached to the thumbs. This will create a cozy atmosphere inside the tents. When all this is combined, the accommodation of the pilgrims will be made high-tech.
Pilgrims will be able to use 20 per cent of the state-of-the-art facilities during the Hajj this time. More pilgrims will have such tents in the coming years. In addition, Mina’s restrooms and toilets are newly built with excellent amenities. Facilities have been specially provided for the pilgrims to bathe and perform ablution (ablution). In addition, two-storey buildings have been newly constructed for cooking. It will have special facilities for storing food and accommodation for the workers.
