The artist Ahmed Ramzy is a famous Egyptian actor. He was born in Alexandria to an Egyptian father who works as a doctor and a Scottish mother. He was a handsome young athlete who did not succeed in the Faculty of Medicine like his father and older brother, so he joined and graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, and found himself in acting and excelled in it.
It is reported that the artist Ahmed Ramzy lost his hair forever, due to the nature of his role in the movie “Love Over the Rain”, in which he agreed, with instructions from director Hussein Kamal, to shave his hair completely with a blade, and Ramzy expected his hair to grow once more, but this did not happen, and he resorted following that for “wig”.
Naughty and adventures had a big place in Ahmed Ramzy’s life since his childhood, so that he wrote in one of the articles that he tried to commit suicide by hanging at the age of ten, when he wanted to imitate the cowboys and thugs films that tempted him when he was young.
So he went to the hut of one of the shepherds on the Nile, and took advantage of the absence of the owner of the hut and the presence of some ropes, and tried to hang himself, but he miraculously escaped death, and his neck was wounded and abundant blood shed.
