The Russian Federation will not be left without the Internet, as Russian specialists have prepared and foreseen all the risks. This was stated by the special representative of the President for digitalization Dmitry Peskov.

“We have prepared so that the Russian Internet will continue to exist, even if we turn it off. We will survive: local resources will work, and we will complete the construction of connectors to the global Internet. But we will no longer have a repetition of the situation of 1991, when the su domain was managed by a Finnish student from Helsinki, ”Peskov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
