There are so many enemy types – some of them are “overpowered”

Glen Schofield answered 88 questions in quick succession to Game Informer. One of them was dedicated to the different types of opponents.

The Callisto Protocol is probably the most promising horror game this year. No wonder: Several developers of the popular space horror “Dead Space” are behind it, who now want to create an equally shocking gaming experience.

Glen Schofield, who claims to call himself the inventor of “Dead Space”, is leading the development. After several recent interviews, the studio CEO is now ready for another interview. This time he was a guest on Game Informer, who threw a total of 88 questions at him. However, Schofield only took a brief moment to answer each of these questions, which is why the video length is limited.

One of those questions revolved around the number of enemy types available. To which Glen Schofield replied succinctly, “I think it’s like ten or eleven.”

Shoot the body parts away from the monsters

Each of these opponents should behave individually in combat and have different weak points. A strategy that is often useful is to shoot or knock off specific parts of the enemy’s body. You should thanks to the gore system rarely see the same effects.

By the way, you won’t fight in weightless space. Although you can expect cutscenes outdoors, the gameplay itself takes place exclusively in the high-security prison on Jupiter’s moon Kallisto.

Whether the playeroverpowered“ can feel? The developers definitely want to avoid that. However, the monsters you will encounter can be too strong. If you’re clever, you can still outsmart them. There are even several ways for you to choose from.

In addition to serious questions, there were also a few joke questions. For example, the interviewer suspected that too few wins in “PUBG” for the severed connection to the battle royale hit be responsible. According to Schofield, there may be something to it. Incidentally, the space horror does not play in the “Fortnite” universe either.
