The tower was built in the 1930s by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the father of the current ruler of Ajman. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the current ruler, repaired the old wounds in 2000. This street is surrounded by huge buildings, but Al Murabba Watch Tower still stands tall with its ancient glory.
