The fall of Luhansk Oblast, the only Ukrainian-controlled region, will accelerate Russian occupation of Donbas.

Some say that the Russian military and separatist forces already control 80-90% of the Donbas area.

The Russian military issued an ultimatum to the Ukrainian army, which was fighting at the Azot chemical plant in Severodonetsk, to abandon its weapons and surrender by the 15th local time.

Artillery is also being strengthened, and regarding 500 civilians are also evacuated from the factory.

Russia has decided to open a 12-hour humanitarian safe route for them to evacuate.

It is pointed out that it is reminiscent of the Azoustal Works in Mariupol, where a large number of casualties occurred.

As the tide of war worsened, Ukraine repeatedly appealed to the West to expedite arms aid.

He stressed that no matter how hard he tried, he would not be able to win the war without the help of the West.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization and NATO will also announce plans to provide additional arms support.

As the war continues and the burden on the Western government grows, the US still expressed its support for Ukraine, saying it will not pressure Ukraine to negotiate an armistice.
