The sale of white goods is exploding and consumers are adapting their behavior.
The big brands may try to limit price increases, but consumers are often forced to adapt their behavior. Buying less, changing habits, choosing the white product rather than the big brand or even hunting for promotions have become reflexes adopted by thousands of Belgians. At Aldi, we are advancing a study conducted in partnership with iVOX. “More than 7 out of 10 Belgians are opting more for own brands since the surge in inflation. Since this year, we have observed increased attention for our own brands from our customers.“, explains Jason Sevestre, spokesperson for the group.
