An adviser to the Ukrainian president tweeted. urged allied nations to send more weapons to Ukraine to deal with the Russians who, while heavily advancing in the Donbas region

NATO would like to discuss before deciding whether to send more weapons or not. Afraid to send a large number of heavy weapons would be even more provocative to Russia.
