Al-Marsad Newspaper: The “Ejar” network of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing revealed the percentage of seeking a mediator in the event of concluding a new contract.
The network clarified: “If the contract is for a fixed term, and in the event that both parties desire to re-conclude the contract, the contract is considered new, and the mediator is entitled to a 2.5% quest rate.”
She pointed out, “This percentage is borne by the lessor or the lessee by agreement,” and this comes in response to a person’s question, regarding the extent to which the mediator is entitled to the percentage of seeking upon the expiry of the contract and the conclusion of a new contract.
And peace be upon you, if the contract is for a fixed term and if the two parties wish to re-conclude the contract, the contract is considered new, and the mediator deserves the 2.5% quest rate, and the leased or lessee quest is borne by agreement, we are happy to serve you
