At a restaurant in Busan, a report was received that a foreign man and a Korean woman were ‘eating’ (fleeing following eating without food), and the police began to pursue them.
According to the Busan Geumjeong Police Station on the 13th, at around 7:20 pm on the 11th, a report was received from Mr. A, the owner of a gopchang restaurant near Pusan National University, that an unknown foreign man and a Korean woman had fled without paying.
According to the police, they sat at one table and ordered 60,000 won worth of food and stayed at the restaurant for regarding two hours.
The police, who received the report, are following them through CCTV, etc.
Person A also published a picture of them leaving the store following eating through an online community.
In the photo, a Korean woman is walking out of the store using a toothpick.
Through a post, Mr. A claimed, “I feel upset when I see him so proudly picking up a toothpick and going out. I don’t think I’ve done it once or twice.”
A police official said, “The identity has not been determined yet.
