A diplomatic source reveals the date of Biden’s visit to Saudi Arabia

A Western diplomatic source in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, expected that US President Joe Biden would start his visit to the Kingdom in the middle of next month.

The source said in a statement to the German News Agency (dpa) that the proposed dates for the visit start from the thirteenth to the seventeenth of next July and will last for two days, and it is “the subject of consultations currently between the Saudi and American administrations”, expecting “that a decision will be made tonight.” “.

The source did not rule out that an official Saudi statement would be issued tomorrow, Monday, in conjunction with an American statement in this regard, as indicated by American media.

The source said that President Biden will hold a meeting upon his arrival in Jeddah with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and senior Saudi officials focused on enhancing energy security and regional issues.
