This Saturday, the political leader toured the plains entity. However, his journey was clouded by this act of violence, similar to what happened a week ago in an act he did in the state of Zulia.

In the video that circulated, it is seen how Guaidó is attacked by groups that, according to information spread on social networks, belong to the Chavism.

Another video that appeared on the networks showed the moment in which chairs were thrown at Guaidó and part of his work team.

Freddy Guevara, a member of Voluntad Popular, clarified various information regarding what happened.
«I see people confused (and unfortunately people spreading that): Guaidó was not taken out of a restaurant by “disgruntled Venezuelans”. It wasn’t even a restaurant (it was a meeting space).”
Similarly, he explained that they were not ordinary citizens, but the government of Nicolás Maduro.
For her part, Fabiana Rosales, Guaidó’s wife, said: “No threat, ambush or aggression will take us away from our duty and responsibility: to stand by our people. You are brave, we are proud of you Juan Guaidó.
