Did the Kranich bosses expect so much headwind? On the occasion of “Pride Month”, Lufthansa has been using a very special aircraft to destinations throughout Europe since Friday: the Airbus A320neo with the registration D-AINY will be flying over the next six months with a special paint finish not as “air” but as ” Lovehansa”. But given the 900 canceled flights and countless delayed flights, as well as ever worse service, this is not well received by customers: Lufthansa is reaping a real shitstorm on the Internet!

– 11 hour flight to Bogota and 5 hours no food including chips (not even once morest payment) was given out. The reason for this was that we are not authorized to serve meals outside of service hours. Basically I paid more than 1K for starvation, too narrow seats and a broken seat. Not doing so much mainstream marketing, but improving service quality. Might be a start. (Camilla J.)
