In order to crack down on the crime of telecom and network fraud in accordance with the law and effectively safeguard the property safety and legitimate rights and interests of the people, the Ministry of Public Security recently issued a Class A wanted order, publicly seeking 12 major leaders and key personnel of telecom and network fraud groups. The 12 fugitives wanted are: Li Lin, Peng Kering, Zhang Shilong, Tan Dong, Xie Jianzhou, Xie Jiawang, Xie Hui, Wu Zhiqiang, Liu Fengliang, Zhao Panfeng, Ouyang Zhipeng, and Zhu Zhenkui.
The public security organs hope that all sectors of society and the general public can provide relevant clues, and at the same time report and expose related crimes such as telecom and network fraud, assisting in money transfer and money laundering, and illegally selling “two cards”. The public security organs will protect and reward the whistleblowers who provide clues and those who have made meritorious deeds in reporting and exposing in accordance with the law.
