A former PLQ minister seeks $44 million from the Quebec state

The former Liberal Minister of Families, Luc Fortin, registered as a lobbyist to obtain a $44.1 million loan from Quebec for a project by the world’s leading shipowner, the Italian-Swiss Mediterranean Shipping Company ( Canada).
