As part of its new All Visiativ plan aimed at strengthening the Employee Experience, on April 28, 2022, Visiativ announced the launch of an employee shareholding program aimed at involving employees more closely and sustainably in development and performance. of Visiativ.
With a participation of 60% of eligible employees, this employee shareholding program is a real success and a strong sign of the teams’ confidence in the company.
It is therefore more than 1 out of 2 employees who have chosen to participate in this operation and to invest to become a shareholder of the company through the Visiativ Actionnariat mutual company investment fund (FCPE).

This new employee shareholding plan increases the ownership of employees through the FCPE Visiativ Actionnariat to 1.97% of the company’s capital once morest 0.82% before the operation.
The settlement-delivery of the shares took place on June 7, 2022. The corresponding FCPE units are unavailable for 5 years in accordance with the provisions of employee savings. The operation resulted in the creation of 40,538 shares.
