Composed of fermented green tea, ginger, turmeric and yuzu, this thirst-quenching drink with its unique combination has met with great success! This is how the Breton brand decided to offer a long life to its anniversary kombucha: the Ginger Trilogy now joins the fresh shelves in a sustainable way!

Kombucha is an ancestral drink with many virtues. It is brewed by craftsmen from a mother culture bathed in sweetened tea to develop bacteria and yeasts which consume the sugars.

Made from organic and fair trade ingredients, KARMA kombucha have the most minimalist composition possible: no coloring, acidifier, sweetener or any other chemical ingredient. Low in sugar and naturally sparkling, they present themselves as healthy alternatives to sodas.

For the Ginger Trilogy, KARMA has chosen to combine two spices with complementary flavors, ginger and turmeric, known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Indeed, the peppery taste of ginger counterbalances with the sweetness of turmeric.

The third ingredient is yuzu! A citrus fruit rarely used in drinks and particularly rich in vitamin C which brings a little acidity.
