After codifying the procedures, Major Ahmed Okasha, head of the Badrashin Investigation Department, and his assistant, Captain Muhammad Jamil Barghash, were able to arrest the accused and take him to the department’s office.
The necessary report was drawn up, and Major General Alaa Farouk, director of Giza security, referred it to the Public Prosecution, which ordered an autopsy of the body and the preparation of an adequate report on the causes of death.
