Watch.. The house of the late artist Talal Maddah before it was removed within the slums in Jeddah

Al-Marsad newspaper: Al-Ekhbariya channel published a video clip, in which it reviewed the house of the late artist Talal Maddah, among the random properties to be removed in Jeddah.

Badr Maddah, nephew of the late artist Talal Maddah, said that: “This house is the first house owned by the late artist Talal Maddah, where he began his artistic life in Jeddah,” noting that he chose this place because of its proximity to Mecca and Taif.

He talked regarding cars parked in front of the house, explaining that one of the 95 cars was used by the late artist for two years, then he got a 1997 Cadillac.

He added that there is a room to receive guests, which was the seat of the late artist hosting the guests and a number of his fellow artists.

At the end of the report, Al-Ekhbariya correspondent Khaled Rabie said: “Talal Maddah’s holdings in his home in the neighborhood of Kilo 10, which will be removed within the slums in Jeddah, have a cultural value that deserves to be remembered in the same place, so that its value increases with the passage of time.”
