The Crédit Agricole du Maroc group continues its mobilization for the benefit of the rural world and farmers with the launch of a new product called “Tasbiq Addaman Al-Ijtimaii”.
In partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests and the National Social Security Fund, Crédit Agricole du Maroc continues its efforts for the success of the program to generalize social security for the benefit of farmers by launching a product dedicated to AMO “Tasbiq Addaman Al-Ijtimaii” and by setting up a specific system to support this program. The objective of the banking group is to facilitate and support farmers’ adherence to the AMO (Compulsory Health Insurance) scheme while simplifying the procedures for collecting contributions and reimbursing AMO benefits for farmers.

In detail, this support is broken down into three main axes. These are the exchange of data, communication and awareness of beneficiaries and banking and financial inclusion. “For this, a dedicated banking product called “Tasbiq Addaman Al-Ijtimaii” has been set up. This is an advance that the CAM will automatically grant to the farmer at his request and without any guarantee and which will ensure the monthly withdrawals of the CNSS from the professional account of the farmer for a period of up to three years, even in the event of a lack of provision”, assures the banking group.

The same source indicates that this provision allows the farmer to take full advantage of all social security coverage and AMO benefits, adding that in order to effectively support this large-scale operation, Crédit Agricole du Maroc rethinks the relationship with the farmer, by now providing him with two separate and completely watertight accounts. It should be noted that other measures have also been put in place in this direction.
