Information signs for commuters from East Tyrol
Felbertauernstraße P1 is currently closed due to a mudslide in the municipality of Mittersill/Salzburg. The ban is expected to remain in place for the next few hours, and depending on the situation throughout the night – at the moment the situation is difficult to assess. “In Lienz (at the Mittereggerkreuz roundregarding) and in Matrei i. O., the road maintenance departments will put up signs so that commuters from East Tyrol don’t set off in the direction of Felbertauern for nothing,” explains district governor Olga Reisner. The Felbertauernstrasse AG endeavors to clarify the situation and provide further information.
