The tourist bet

QEU can we say of the preparations undertaken by the Ministry of Tourism with the aim of making the next tourist season a success, particularly in terms of the diversification of the product to be offered to potential tourists who will choose the Tunisia destination in this period when several traditional sites experiencing difficulties that weigh heavily on the future of the sector in several countries?

The answer might be reassuring as to the fate that awaits the revival of national tourist activity, thanks to the dynamic that many of our tourist units are experiencing these days, to the point that some in the most popular regions are already full. and prepare for a season they haven’t seen in nearly a decade.

Admittedly, the machine is not yet rolling as before when our country managed to give hospitality to millions of tourists and competed in terms of products offered to our visitors with the most famous sites in the world such as Spain or Morocco. , even managing to impose very serious and very advanced competition on them.

It is, however, to observe the gradual return of this particular atmosphere which has always accompanied the successful seasons during which Tunisia and the Tunisians managed to offer the world the image of a country where it is good to live, to rest and take advantage of the more particularly archaeological and historical riches with which it abounds, on the one hand, and also to convey the image of a people attached to the cardinal values of tolerance, dialogue, acceptance of others and above all openness to modernity and progress.

Reconnecting with our centuries-old traditions of an open people and rediscovering the prominent place that Tunisia occupied on the world tourist scene can only motivate all professionals in the sector and push them to excel in the national quest to win the tourist bet.
