Third, you must give up the habit of sitting for a long time. People who sit for more than 6 hours a day have a higher mortality rate from heart disease, various cancers, and other health-related causes. It is, of course, associated with various spinal diseases. Make it a habit to get up every 30 minutes and walk for 2-3 minutes. A person should have at least one hour of vigorous physical activity per day. Office workers who have to sit for a long time should consider using a standing desk.
Fourth, don’t ignore your mental health. It is now common knowledge that constant mental stress can cause many health problems. However, there are still many people in Korea who are hesitant to consult a doctor due to stress. It’s a pity that everyone who visits a psychiatrist mistakenly thinks that they have a mental illness.
