Land plots in the Sverdlovsk region can now be rented for as little as 1 ruble per year. The corresponding decree of the regional government was signed by the governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev. True, we are talking only regarding areas for agricultural work.
It is expected that thanks to the innovation, more than three thousand hectares of previously unused land will come into circulation.
