Ma Jia’s resume shows that he has served as the head of the financial management department of Beijing Panasonic Lighting Light Source Co., Ltd., the financial director of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary in the CIS region, the IFS transformation project manager (China), the Shandong representative office CFO, China Area operator BG CFO, China CFO/China area administrative team member, responsible for Huawei China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) ICT business management, risk control, sales financing, taxation, subsidiaries and other financial fields, as well as financial organizations construction work.

Yunnan Baiyao said in the announcement that in order to effectively promote the company’s development, it is imperative to introduce high-level talents with global vision and profound expertise.

The former chief financial officer of Yunnan Baiyao was held by Wu Wei. In January this year, Wu Wei stepped down as the company’s chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors and continued to serve as the company’s senior vice president.

It is worth noting that Ma Jia is the second Huawei executive to join Yunnan Baiyao.

In March last year, Yunnan Baiyao announced that upon nomination by the chairman and co-chairman, Mr. Dong Ming was appointed as the company’s chief executive officer (president).

Before joining Yunnan Baiyao, Dong Ming served as technical engineer of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., head of the fixed-line marketing department of Xi’an Representative Office, head of fixed-line product marketing of the Eastern Europe region, vice president of the CIS region, head of the VIP system department, and Beijing branch. Some market voices believe that Huawei executives joining Yunnan Baiyao is a signal for Yunnan Baiyao to explore digital and informatization transformation.
