Warhammer puts on a show: lots of new games announced

During the Skull Showcase, the announcements were chained. Several new games taking place in the Warhammer universe were presented. A brief overview of all the new features.

Warhammer 40,000 Boltgun

Big surprise of the evening, Boltgun is a pixelated retro FPS inspired by the classics of the genre (Doom, Duke Nukem) while immersing us in the fantastic universe of Warhammer 40,000.

The title will be released in 2023 on all platforms and will be published by Focus Home Interactive, to whom we already owe the friendly Hired Gun.

Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader

Owlcat Games has unveiled Rogue Trader, a new action RPG in the Warhammer 40,000 universe which is still in its infancy. The project looks very ambitious. The studio promises a non-linear adventure, a rich scenario and above all lots of NPCs to chat with during quests.

Warhammer 40,000 Warpforge

Finally, you will now also have to reckon with a deck of Warhammer 40,000 cards. Warpforge is a collectible card game in which the player will have to create a deck to face other players in fiery duels. A concept that is of course reminiscent of that of Hearthstone. Warpforge is expected to arrive in 2023 on PC, before being ported to consoles.
