A construction train collided with a passenger train at Henggart station in the canton of Zurich on Thursday evening. According to the SBB, all passengers were able to get off. However, the railway line between Winterthur and Andelfingen remains closed until the end of operations.
The accident happened around 7.30 p.m., as SBB spokesman Reto Schärli told the Keystone-SDA news agency. A construction train collided sideways with a double-decker SBB passenger train on line S33. Apparently there were no injuries.
