American actor Bill Cosby once more faced accusations of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Los Angeles nearly 50 years ago. The case was filed in a civil lawsuit and opened last week in a California court.
The lawsuit is one of the last pending lawsuits once morest the actor, who has been accused by dozens of women of sexual assault.
The plaintiff, 64-year-old Judy Huth, accuses the 85-year-old actor of sexually assaulting her in Los Angeles in 1975, at the home of the founder of the pornographic magazine Playboy, according to the Guardian newspaper.
Huth indicated that she met Bill Cosby on the set of a movie, and she says that following filming the actor invited her to his tennis club and made her drink a large amount of alcohol before taking her to the residence of the founder of “Playboy” magazine and assaulting her.
