Medical Devices Venture, subsidiary of Archos in investment and acceleration in MedTech, announces the entry of a new investor in the capital of Poladerme. The entry into the capital of Poladerme (approximately 9%) of the Wongs group, through its subsidiary Top Plenty Ltd, is part of Poladerme’s business development strategy with the preparation of a distribution network for Poladerme products.

Catania

On the occasion of the publication of half-year results up sharply, Catana announced a favorable outlook. The algorithm developed by the company Nurea is a state-of-the-art tool in CT and MRI imaging, allowing the upstream detection of abnormalities as well as the characterization, evaluation and quantification of vascular problems.

Renault

Renault Group and Managem Group have announced the signing of a “memorandum of understanding” aimed at securing the supply of low-carbon and responsible cobalt sulphate for electric batteries. The agreement provides for the supply by Managem of 5,000 tonnes of cobalt sulphate per year for a period of 7 years, starting in 2025. After an engineering study, Managem plans to invest in the construction of a future plant located within the Guemassa industrial complex in Morocco to transform cobalt ore into cobalt sulphate.
