With the start of the new season, Chelsea will be able to sell tickets for its matches once more, and operate without a ceiling on spending in matches played inside and outside its land, and once the transfer market begins, the club will be able to extend the contracts of its players and buy new players.
It is noteworthy that the sale of Chelsea took place for a record sum of 4 billion and 250 million pounds, ending an era that lasted for regarding 20 years, under the leadership of Roman Abramovich, which was full of titles and achievements.
