Watch .. “specialist” reveals the optimal number of working hours for employees per day… and the best duration of the weekly leave

Al-Marsad newspaper: Bader Al-Enezi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Human Resources, suggested that the employee should take two days off per week, and his working hours per day do not exceed 7 hours.

Al-Enezi said, during an interview with the “Yahla” program broadcast on the Gulf Rotana channel: “Many employees hear me now and realize managers that he sits and spends 3 or 4 hours, maybe in meetings that are useless, and then they say the employee works 12 hours.”

And he added: I also call on His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources to correct the enactment of new and fast laws related to working hours and organizing shifts, pointing out that he demands that working hours be from 6 to 7 hours, including rest time and that the leave be for two days.

He pointed to the necessity of correcting and enacting legislation for the behavior of communication between employees and their managers outside working time, except for cases specified by the system, such as holidays, budgets, and others.
