The Tunisian digital health platform Keeplyna announces the official launch of tobba.tn, the first online medical consultation service. This new telemedicine technique developed by Tunisians (engineers, doctors, university researchers and other experts) will now make it possible to meet many of the needs of citizens thanks to intelligent and efficient management of medical records.
A unique and entirely Tunisian product, the site is accessible to patients everywhere in Tunisia via the Internet, but also for patients abroad, in Africa, in Europe and elsewhere. The start-up was founded in 2019 by Mansour Ayouni, Fadoua Ouerdiane, Moez Boukhris, Imed Elabed and Houda Rhaiem.

Likewise, during the weekend or late hours of the night, when the medical surgeries are closed, the citizen can benefit from a consultation and begin his treatment without waiting for the following day. Ditto for Tunisians traveling abroad who can consult a Tunisian doctor during their stay abroad. While patients and their families, who need a second opinion from a medical specialist, can very easily obtain this second opinion before embarking on a difficult and costly trip.
Thanks to this technique, each citizen and their family members will be able to manage their own digital medical file which includes all the data: prescriptions, health checks, analyses, x-ray reports, information on allergies, doctors, treatments, chronic diseases, child growth charts, blood pressure tracking, surgeries, lifestyle habits and dozens of other information.
The originality of this platform lies in the fact that the citizen can share what he wishes with the doctors, discuss with the health professionals. The user thus has 4 spaces: access to teleconsultations, access to the management of medical records, access to the social space and access to the health information space (SantéLyna).
