Larroza launched his application with the support of Medicine

In an extraordinary session that was held yesterday in the University Reform Room, the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Medicine unanimously proclaimed Professor Gerardo Omar Larroza as a candidate for rector of the National University of the Northeast, for the period 2022- 2026. They highlighted his extensive academic career and the prestige obtained at the regional, national and international level in terms of educational policy.

“For me it is a very important day, following having agreed with different actors, students, teachers, non-teachers and deans, to present some ideas that, in a future project, will allow me to lead the government of the National University of the Northeast”, he said. Larroza.

The candidate, who was dean of the Faculty of Medicine for 8 consecutive years, with this application, begins his campaign for the elections for the rector of the National University of the Northeast to be held on June 22.

“I propose that we work around the notions of community, innovation and transparency in all functions, seeking to harmonize the different fragmented developments so that the Unne, respecting its diversity, can become a true community of learning and knowledge, linked regionally and internationally” , indicates a part of the document that Larroza released.
