The US Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Public Health Canada, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency have announced that they are investigating the association of fresh organic strawberries with the recent outbreak of hepatitis A.

According to the American “Fox News” network, the Food and Drug Administration said in a press statement that it is looking into the association of the outbreak in the United States and Canada with organic strawberries belonging to two brands whose names it has identified.

Therefore, we are asking people who purchased these organic strawberries between March 5, 2022 and April 25, 2022 and frozen them. to be consumed later, not to be eaten.”

“Also, if you are not sure which brand to buy, strawberries should be discarded immediately,” the statement added.
