During the event, the best roasts with special prizesin a verbena that seeks to exalt the gastronomic tradition of Coahuila.
The access is free and you can taste red roast and see you, in addition to other foods such as gorditas, fritada, kid, cheeses, sweets and fresh waters. There will also be craft sales and live music.
It is estimated to have around 25 participants in the contest and one attendance of between 3 thousand and 4 thousand people.
“They will take a good taste in their mouths,” said Pablo Salas Aguirre, mayor of General Cepeda.
TheSecretary of Tourism, Azucena Ramos Ramosnoted that one of the objectives is to receive guests from other municipalitiesmainly from Saltillo.
“With the support of Governor Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, we continue to carry out various actions for the benefit of the commerce and tourism sectors; activities that we are carrying out gradually and safely, all in coordination with the municipal governments and their respective mayors,” said Azucena Ramos.
