Tarek William Saab made the case known on his social networks.
Faced with the appointment of a prosecutor from the Public Ministry in Zulia state to investigate the director of a school for an alleged case of harassment, the community of parents and representatives came out to protest, since they consider that “an injustice is being committed.”
Through social networks, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, announced that he had launched an investigation of the director of the Marco Tulio Andrade school in Maracaibo, since he would have assaulted a fifth-grade boy for not complying with the uniform.
According to William Saab it was because he did not have stockings and shoes in his size. In the video, the director explains to representatives what happened, since the minor did not have the uniform correctly and there were “rules to comply with.”
Before, the child appears crying and tells that he was attacked, so adults who are in the place ask for explanations.
Upon learning of the fact, parents of students of this educational unit went to protest at the headquarters of the Public Ministry in Maracaibo, since they consider that an injustice is being done with this investigation.
Prosecutor 33 is in charge of finding out what happened.
