In order to ensure the return of summer grain pellets, Henan Province plans to invest 4 million units (sets) of various agricultural machinery, including 180,000 combine harvesters and 800,000 seeders. At present, the preparations for the docking of agricultural machinery needs, the maintenance of machinery and equipment, and the training of drivers and operators have been basically completed.

In order to ensure the smooth transportation of agricultural machinery and agricultural materials, Henan Province exempts tolls for cross-regional operation locomotives holding a valid “Combine Harvester Transplanter Cross-regional Operation Certificate”, and strictly implements inspections for agricultural machinery vehicles without persuading them to return, and not re-inspecting nucleic acids. and other vehicle traffic control measures.
At the same time, “Sanxia” green passages will be set up at expressway toll stations, special parking spaces for trucks will be set up in expressway service areas, and vehicles that transfer agricultural machinery and self-propelled agricultural machinery will be given priority inspection and priority release.
