Following the announcement of the establishment of an electric vehicle plant in Georgia, the US, Hyundai Motor decided to invest an additional $5 billion in robotics and city aviation.

On the last day of President Biden’s visit to Korea, he met Chairman Chung at the dormitory.
Chairman Chung was selected from the podium first at President Biden’s gesture. He announced that he would invest $5.5 billion in the establishment of an electric vehicle plant in Georgia, followed by an additional $5 billion in investment plans.
“Hyundai Motor Group plans to invest an additional $5 billion by 2025 to strengthen cooperation with US companies on various technologies such as robotics, urban aviation, autonomous driving, and artificial intelligence.”
