Los Van Van and Havana D’ Primera had “full house success” in the US cities of Miami and Orlando. This is reflected in the images published by users on social networks regarding the concerts of the renowned Cuban groups in the United States, where it was shown once once more that “only music can save the world.”
Miami was done, reads the official Facebook page of Havana D’ Primera.
Alexis Triana, director of Communication of the Ministry of Culture (Mincult), shared on Twitter an image showing a small group of people who gathered outside the concert to protest once morest the presentation in Pembroke Pines of the popular orchestras, last May 20th. Meanwhile, another image shows a packed auditorium at the Charles D. Dodge City Center that danced to Cuban music.
“The Los Van Van orchestra made the trompo dance on its first US tour. The haters mightn’t stop it and in Miami there is no one who can defeat the music of Juan Formell,” Triana wrote.
