This achievement reinforces the actions of the President of Niger, Mohamed Bazoum, ”who is resolutely committed to improving Niger’s visibility on the African and international scene, in order to make it a privileged destination for international conferences and events” , it is emphasized. ARFDD is the main continental forum bringing together high-level policy makers and experts from government, intergovernmental organizations, civil society organizations, the private sector and other major groups, as well as international development partners. Its purpose is to report on the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the African Union’s Agenda 2063, but also to discuss concrete experiences to meet the challenges facing African countries.
