On Saturday, the Public Prosecution office in Giza heard the statements of the artist, Mustafa Haridi, who crashed his car into a car carrying 4 people in Sheikh Zayed City, which resulted in severe injuries in different parts of the body.
The artist, Mustafa Haridi, said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution that he was in the Zayed 2000 area, and while he was driving his car, he was surprised by a car and hit it from behind, injuring 4 people, “I didn’t mean to mess them up.”
The Public Prosecution ordered the seizure of the cars that caused the accident, to present them to a technical engineer for examination
The prosecution requested investigations by the security services regarding the incident, to find out its circumstances and know its details, to listen to the statements of the artist, and to inquire regarding the condition of the injured in preparation for listening to their statements and knowing the cause of the accident.
Investigations revealed that the injured in the accident were riding a Kia Cerato angel’s car, and as they crossed an industrial bump, they were surprised by the artist’s car traveling at high speed and colliding with them, which resulted in their car being smashed and causing various injuries.
The Giza Security Directorate had received a report that a young man had been injured in a traffic accident in 6th of October City, and by conducting investigations, the detectives found out that the driver of the car causing the accident was the artist, and he and the car were seized and the necessary legal measures were taken once morest him, and the prosecution was notified of the investigation.
