Samsung continues its partnership with Pokémon to offer a new product inspired by the cult saga from Gamefreak.
The Korean manufacturer seems to get along well with the pocket monster license sincea new collaboration between the Samsung smartphone product line and Pokémon has just been set up.
Last month, the Korean market had the right to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip in the colors of Pikachu, a Pokédex and other colors grouped together in an exclusive box for the biggest Pokémon fans. This time, it will be possible to enhance your smartphone from the Galaxy range with a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 to say the least original.
If you had always dreamed of owning a Pokéball with practical use in everyday life, know that Samsung and Pokémon have thought of you! It will now be possible to charge your headphones in a rather realistic Pokéball which will not fail to make you look like a top trainer or an arena champion. For this, it will then cost you 134,000 won, or more or less 100€.
Once once more, this product is unfortunately slated for release in South Korea only. But it is not impossible that this limited edition will be produced once more for a more international market. Indeed, the Galaxy Z Flip boxes had sold out in seconds, proving the demand for this kind of collaboration. Samsung and Pokémon would then have everything to gain by offering this collaboration in our western countries.
The Pokémon universe continues to expand
While waiting to find out if you will be able to sport high-tech accessories straight out of Kanto, Johto or any other region of the Pokémon world, know that the license holds some surprises for fans around the world. We think in particular of the first episode of the anime Pokémon Legends: Arceus for YouTube entitled Pokémon: The Snows of Hisui.
The first episode of the series invites us to follow the adventures of Alec, a young boy convinced that humans and Pokémon cannot live together and live in peace. However, everything will change when he meets a little Zorua from Hisui who will change his vision of the creatures that inhabit his world.
Two other episodes should arrive very soon on the official Pokemon YouTube channel. You can now watch this first 6-minute episode right here:
