As for the weakest performance at the end of today’s trading, the stock closed Boeing Co (NYSE:) down by 5.07% or 6.44 points and trading at 120.70 levels at the close. Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE:) share declined by 4.32% or 8.94 points to a price of 197.82, while 3M Group (NYSE:) share closed down 2.13% or 3.13 points at 143.83.
On the other hand, the best performance in the Standard & Poor’s 500 index was recorded by VF Corp (NYSE:), which rose by 6.07% at a price of 47.32, American Tower Corp (NYSE:) as well, and it continued to rise at 4.73% and closed at levels of 244.28, as well as the share of Lilly, Eli & Co. (NYSE:) that inclined towards 4.39% and ended its trading at 298.85.
Among the worst performers today were Ross Storms Inc (NASDAQ:), which fell by 22.47% to close at 71.87, Deere & Co. (NYSE:), which lost 14.07% to 313.31 and Shares Advance Auto Parts (NYSE:), which weakened by 7.23% and closed at 181.89 today’s session in the stock exchange.
On the other hand, the best performance in the Nasdaq index was recorded by GeoVax Labs Inc (NASDAQ:) share, which rose by 90.18% to a price of 1.39, SIGA Technologies (NASDAQ:) also continued to rise at 43.35% and closed at 12.40 levels, as well as the share of Redbox Entertainment Inc (NASDAQ:) that rose towards 40.00% and ended its trading at 5.32.
Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock Athersys (NASDAQ:), which fell by 65.54% and closed at 0.26, Evofem Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:), which lost 63.17% to end at 0.41 and Lixiang Education (NASDAQ:), which weakened by 51.81% and closed at 2.00 today’s session in the stock exchange.
The number of decliners exceeded the number of shares that closed higher with trading on the New York Stock Exchange with 1655 compared to 1499, while 132 remained unchanged. As for the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, 2068 of the shares fell and 1657 strengthened its position, while 252 of the shares maintained their value.
Ross Stores stock (NASDAQ:) fell to a 52-week low, losing 22.47% or 20.83 points to a price of 71.87. Shares of Deere & Co. (NYSE:) fell to a 52-week low, losing 14.07% or 51.31 points to 313.31. Shares of Advance Auto Parts (NYSE:) fell to a 52-week low, and fell 7.23% or 14.18 points, to a price of 181.89. Boeing Co (NYSE:) stock fell to a 52-week low, and continued to decline by 5.07% or 6.44 points, at a price of 120.70. Shares of Athersys (NASDAQ:) fell to an all-time low, and it fell 65.54%, or 0.50 points, to a price of 0.26. SIGA Technologies (NASDAQ:) stock climbed to a record high, and it added 43.35% or 3.75 points to a price of 12.40. Shares of Evofem Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:) fell to an all-time low, as it decreased by 63.17% or 0.69 points, to trade at 0.41. Shares of Lixiang Education (NASDAQ:) fell to all-time lows, losing 51.81% or 2.15 points to 2.00.

The EUR/USD pair maintained stability by 0.28% and traded at 1.06 levels, while the USD/JPY pair continued to rise towards 0.10% and reached 127.93 levels.
The dollar index contracts traded with an increase of 0.32% at the level of 103.08.
